# Steps to troubleshoot Driver App Login Issues

## Organisational Pin-

Confirm with your Organisation that you are using the correct Organisational PIN. This is a four digit code assigned to your Organisation during the onboarding process. 

**Step 1 -** From the Drivers App login screen Click on the *“Change Your Organisation PIN Code”* button to return to the previous screen allowing you to reenter the organisational PIN code.

**Step 3 -** Enter your Username and Password. Click on the *“Log In”* button. 

## **Username-**

Ensure that the username you are using is correct by confirming with your Organisations Office staff that it matches the username displayed on your Driver profile within the TRIPS Web application.
**Office Staff - Step 1  -** Within the TRIPS Web application navigate to The Drivers profile by Selecting *“Drivers>All Drivers”* from the main menu.
**Step 2 -** Once within the All Drivers page, scroll or use the filter to locate the Driver. Once located click on their name to open their profile. 
**Step 3 -** Within the *“Driver Information”* tab refer to Username. This is the username assigned to the Driver to access the TRIPS Web Drivers App

If the above Username troubleshooting instructions have not rectified your log in issue, please follow the Password troubleshooting instructions below. 

## Password- 

Ensuring you are entering your password accurately to ensure success in logging in to the Drivers App. Click on the crossed out eye icon beside the password field to allow you to view what you have entered. 

**PLEASE NOTE:** The Password field is case sensitive. Often a password issue may be as simple as the User not entering a capital letter and causing the User to not be able to log in.
