Go to  Support At Home > Data > API Participants

When you load this page,  the Support At Home API will fetch a list of Care Recipient records. We then match them with a relevant CareMaster Participant.

The matching is based on:

* first name
* last name
* email
* date of birth
* Support at Home care recipient id
* my aged care id

  

The left of the displays a list of the Services Australia Clients and on the right a suggested match from your existing CareMaster Participants.


It will auto suggest the Participant based on matching data; or search for the Participant directly;

Then press Save to complete the connection

Repeat this process for any new Participants.


Once you have Saved your Participants, the Approved Services on the Participant Profile will auto populate based on the allowed services in Services Australia.
