**💸 Request Adjustment to Prevent Negative Ending Balances on HCP Statements:**

 

An update has occurred to ensure that a negative balance is not displayed as a final total when an adjustment is made outside the current period.


**📅 Enhancing User Experience: Roster Update:**

 

In the Daily Horizontal Roster view, the column widths have been adjusted to improve detail visibility, ensuring the information is no longer compressed.

* In the Daily Horizontal Roster view, an adjustment has been made to the column width in the Rosters for better detail visibility so it is not squished.
* The Service Organisation Roster print view had an issue as it was appearing blank. This has been reviewed and an update applied to add the missing printable content.
* An update has been applied to adjust a sleepover field on the worker roster that was extending beyond the normal page.
* The scroll bar on the Worker and Participant roster has been amended as it was partially hidden by the lower page banner.
* The end time of a shift on the Worker roster PDF was displaying incorrectly as 11:00 for an 11:59 shift. This has now been resolved.


📲 **Client Unable to Update Email and Mobile Phone Information or Save Changes via App Profile:**

 The issue has been reviewed and resolved. Clients can now successfully update and save their personal information through the Client App.


**🚗 The "Generate Timesheets" button is incorrectly including kilometres in the timesheet for supports that have both kilometres added and a company vehicle selected:**

 

A fix has been implemented to ensure that kilometres are only added to a worker's timesheet if "Own Car" or "No Car" is selected as the vehicle. Selecting "No Car" indicates that the worker used their own car.


**💬 The Worker App message section is displaying participants who are not yet assigned to a relevant worker:**

 

The visibility of participants in the app message section has been updated so that only assigned workers can access the chat for each specific participant.


**🔵 Update on Casual Rate Handling with Xero: Accurate Casual Loading Transmission with Payroll Setting:**

 

If the "Casual Loading" payroll setting is enabled separately from the "Ordinary Rate" setting, CareMaster previously sent the casual rate instead of the base rate. An update has now been implemented to ensure that the casual loading is only sent when specifically requested.
