Workers can now add and modify incidents directly within the platform. This streamlines the management of incidents, making the process easier and quicker. 


**🔄 Automatic Weekly Worker Runsheet Reports**  


Now, you can configure the system to automatically generate weekly reports. You can even have these reports sent directly to your Dropbox, simplifying record-keeping and reporting. 


**🔎 Hide Cancelled Supports in Client App**  


Providers can choose to hide cancelled supports in the Client App. This keeps the app cleaner and shows only active supports based on your settings. 


**💫 SCHADS Awards and IFA Support**  


We have introduced support for Individual Flexibility Arrangements (IFAs) in alignment with SCHADS awards. This assists in avoiding Worker overtime for short breaks under IFA agreements. Further details can be found in the Worker's Profile under Employment Information. 


**👥 Enforced Worker Assignment for Supports**  


We have introduced a new setting that allows you to ensure that all supports have a worker assigned. This grants you greater control over the assignment of each support. 


**📝 Editable Case Note Categories**  


You can now edit the 'App Note' Case Note Category. This provides you with greater flexibility in managing Case Notes.

We've made alterations behind the scenes to hasten the display of rosters, facilitating smoother navigation within the system.

We've implemented some changes to the dashboard. Coordinators now have the option to hide financial information when necessary. Additionally, there's a new section that displays upcoming supports, aiding in scheduling. 

 

**💻 Improved Participant Contact Management ‍** 


You can now link to existing Participant Contacts instead of creating new ones. This automatically updates contact information for smoother communication. 

 

**🏠 HCP Adjustments Screen Update**  


The HCP Adjustments Screen has been updated to align with recent changes made by Services Australia, ensuring that everything is up-to-date and accurate.

**💰 Support Total and Funding Limit Fixes**  


We've rectified some problems with creating support from Case Notes. Now, the totals are updated correctly, and warnings about funding limits are accurate. This ensures that all figures are correct, and you receive the appropriate alerts. 

 

**🛠️ Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements** 


We have addressed several bugs, such as those concerning Worker Photos and Support Allocation errors. The system should also perform better, particularly when handling grouped supports. 

 

**📱 App Icon Update**  


We updated the Participant and Support Worker Apps with new icons for a clearer look and feel.
