Built into CareMaster are reporting functions that provide information based on data currently in the system. Your Dashboard gives you an overview of the data within the selected database. It will vary its layout dependent on the user level of the user logged in.

Built into CareMaster are reporting functions that provide information based on data currently in the system. Your *Dashboard* gives you an overview of the data within the selected database. It will vary its layout dependent on the user level of the user logged in.


First of all, the filters up the top of the screen allow you to filter by date, Service Organisation and/or Service. These filters affect the information shown in each of the items further down. 

     

The first graph shows an overview of your supports from year to year, over the time frame or date selected in the above filters.

Total Unscheduled Hours provides a snapshot of how many hours are currently unscheduled for Today.

Upcoming Supports will show a summary of all supports scheduled for the selected period Day / Week or Month. If a client has multiple supports on the same day, it will only show their name for the first support - the rest will have a space where the name is.

Active Participants provides a graph representation of the Active / New and Exited Clients.

The scale of the graph can also be changed by clicking within the graph and then scrolling.


The remaining graphs underneath plot various pieces of information for easier reading in a visual format. You can change the information shown by clicking in the fields directly under them.
