# 📱Worker App

* Actions to Sync still show after sync completed - An update was made to reflect the correct completed status and remove any completed actions when syncing.
* Switch On / Off Legacy Incident Forms - in Settings > Worker App Settings, you can now deactivate the Legacy Incident form and only show the Custom Incident Forms

* Case Notes appearing in triplicate and ‘spinning’ - a fix has been applied to remove the error with issues submitting Case Notes via the worker app.



# 🖥️Web Platform

Service Agreements - A fix has been applied to the Service Agreements so the margins, banners and logo’s are formatting correctly

Service Agreements - Added the ability to delete existing Service Agreements

Support At Home - Save and Add another had an issue where business function item and "Other" field are being populated from the previous support. This has been resolved

Support At Home - Additional First Payment Indicator’s have been added to Wraparound services as well

Support At Home - Server Error being displayed when viewing Client Budgets. This has been fixed to show the budget information as expected

Support At Home - Claims Export. Error message being received ‘Support does not have a funding source linked’ when supports are created via the Worker App or Case Note when no Client Contributions have been set. Re save the support or press the Action Item buttons.

Roster Optimiser -  If you try to Save and Optimise a past support, it will let you remove a historically applied worker. It will now display a warning.

Roster Optimiser - supports booked far in advance were not suggesting workers when optimised. A linking has been applied to all supports to enable them to be pulled into the Roster Optimisation process for any selected period
