New Features/Changes
My Aged Care RTF Import
You can now create basic client records from My Aged Care client record snapshot RTF files.
Go to Admin -> Care Agency Import.
Click Browse to select multiple (up to 20) RTF files provided from the My Aged Care and click Upload and Review.
You can then review the client records that will be created before they get imported.

Shift Change Notifications Updated
Shift change notifications have been updated to include the changes made to make it clearer what part of the support has been changed.
For example, a notification will now look like this:
Your rostered shift on 21/07/2022 has been changed. Please click to confirm you have received this message. New details - End time:19:01, Service:Buddy Shift; Previous details-End time:19:00,Service:Access Community Social and Rec Activ - Standard - Weekday Daytime – TTP.
Participant News section
We have added in a Participants News section under the News heading in preparation for the release of our participant app. Currently you can add articles, but they will not be viewable by participants just yet. We will send out more information on the participant app when it is available.
Bug Fixes
- No longer errors when deleting documents from property incidents
- No longer errors if you left all filters blank on the incident page before searching
- Added validation to the document upload sections incase an incorrect date gets entered
