What do the Access Permission roles mean?

Currently we have 4 permission roles that administrator or coordinator users can have. You can find these by going to Admin > Access Permissions.

<br />

Users still require the appropriate user level to access items for the permissions you assign them. For example, assigning a coordinator the "assign roles" permission will have no effect because the Access Permission page is administrator-only.

Permission Name

If you have a section of CareMaster that is appearing as locked e.g timesheets are locked

you may need to review the below Access Permissions:

<br />

Accounting - able to view, create and sync invoicing and other accounting information through CareMaster Integrations with Xero, Keypay, MYOB etc.

Assign Roles - Able to assign roles and permissions to other users.

Payroll - Able to view and sync payroll information and timesheets through CareMaster integrations with Xero, Keypay, MYOB etc.

Timesheets - able to view, edit, create or approve Staff/Volunteers > Timesheets.

<br />

To assign a role to a user, find their name in the list of administrator/coordinator users and then click in the Select Permissions textbox and pick the role you want to add to their profile.

<br />

<br />

To remove a permission from a user profile, click on the X next to the permission name.
