**What is a CareMaster license?**
A license allows a user to access their server via their unique log in credentials.
Another way to look at a license is as '**User Access**' - how many users can log in and access the platform at any one time.
Eg: If you need all 3 of your admins to use your CareMaster web portal at the same time each day, you'll need 3 Web Portal licenses.


**Web Portal**
A web portal license allows users to sign into CareMaster via the URL provided to you in your Access email.
As a recommendation, you should purchase 1 license for each of your full time office employees (Roster Officer, Admin, Manager, Support Coordinator etc)


**Worker App**
An App license allows Support Workers to log into the app to start & end their shift, leave notes, review Participant information, log incidents etc.


An example of licensing here could be, you have 100 Support Workers, but the maximum you'd have on shift at any one time  is 45; you'd need 45 App licenses.


**Client App**
A Client App License is allocated to a Participant Profile and allows the participant to view and request supports, access allowed documentation and has the ability to send notification alerts as well.


The licenses are billed in quantity tiers. 


**How do I change licenses?**
To make any changes to your CareMaster licenses/subscription please log a support ticket via the Help Centre
**How do I update my account details for CareMaster billing purposes? e.g update direct debit details**
