If you are unable to locate a timesheet it could be due to either the worker not starting the support on the worker app OR the worker has started the support on the different date.

If the worker started the support via the app on a different date to the actual date of the support the timesheet date will be different. 


You can check what date the worker started the support by locating the support on the Roster or Supports > All,

Locate the timesheet based on this date on the Staff/Volunteers > Timesheets page - select edit

You will see the below message “This timesheet has an attached support(s) on a different date”

This can be fixed by editing the timesheet and changing the date.
