Support at Home – Release Update 30th October
We’d like to keep you informed about what to expect in the coming days as we prepare for the Support at Home launch on Saturday, 1 November.
Before Launch
If you haven’t already, please:

Connect CareMaster to your PRODA account, and
-
Submit the AC027 form to Services Australia requesting access to aged care web services via CareMaster. For more information, visit our Help Centre.
Scheduled Updates
From 7:00 PM AEDT, Friday 31 October Our support team will update CareMaster for known service providers migrating from HCP to Support at Home in preparation for launch.
Note: Access to new Support at Home features will be temporarily disabled during this time.
From Midday AEDT, Saturday 1 November
After the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing and Services Australia complete their scheduled outage (ETA midday Saturday), the CareMaster team will conduct production verification testing to confirm connectivity with aged care web services.

If testing is successful, we’ll send an email confirmation.

If any issues arise, we’ll notify you promptly with an expected resolution time.
Once testing is complete, Support at Home services will be enabled in CareMaster, allowing you to:

Sync participant data

Begin creating Support at Home supports
Post-Launch: 1–5 November
Please note: some participant budget data may not be visible immediately at launch and could take several days to fully populate.

Data in CareMaster will align with the Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP).

We recommend comparing your data with the ACPP before raising any issues.

You may need to re-sync participants periodically to ensure the latest data is reflected.
Our support team will be on standby throughout the launch period. If you encounter any issues, please submit a ticket via our Help Centre.

Coming in December
We’re continuing to enhance Support at Home functionality, with the following features planned for December releases:

Bulk export for invoicing (CSV upload to Aged Care Provider Portal)

Reconciliation of supports and payments via Payment Statement upload (sourced from ACPP)

Participant Contribution Invoicing via Xero integration and MYOB export

Participant Monthly Statements
